Basketball New Brunswick is led by a Board of Directors, who set the strategic direction for the organization. Professional staff and volunteer committees carry out the day-to-day activities to advance BNB's mission and priorities and to support its 60 member groups and nearly 10,000 players, officials, coaches and administrators.

As members of Canada Basketball, members of Basketball New Brunswick are also required to abide by the Universal Code of Conduct to prevent and address maltreatment in Sport.
