Registration Notes and Withdrawal/Refund Policy

ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR THE 2012 PROVINCIAL CHAMPIONSHIPS IS NOW AVAILABLE. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE WHILE WE UPGRADED OUR SYSTEM. 

BNB has recently partnered with Poinstreak Sport Technologies to improve our registration system which will also allow for the option of paying online via credit card or Interac. Please read the following information carefully before registering:

- The coach/manager will be required to create an account with a user ID (email) and password.
- You will need player and coach names, addresses and birthdates.
- You will be able to log back in to make changes to your roster or add players up until the registration deadline.
- If registering more than one team a new account will have to be set up, however, the same email and password can be used, the new account will be under the new team name.
- Payment options are online via Visa, Mastercard or Interac or in person (mail/drop off to BNB office by registration deadline).
- You are not required to print and mail in a copy of your registration.

- SCORE REPORTING: For middle school and age class teams please report your scores here.
- Registration Deadlines:
            Middle School/Age-class - Monday, January 23rd - Registration Closed
            Adult - Friday, February 24th
            Under 13 - TBA
- Late Registrations:  Last registration MAY be accepted, however there is no guarantee. Teams who wish to register after the deadline must contact BNB.

Withdrawal/Refund Policy:
In the event a team needs to withdrawal from a Provincial Championship Tournament:
- Full refunds will only be given out if the team withdrawals prior to the registration deadline.
- After the registration deadline a 15% admin fee will apply.
- All refund requests (less the 15%) made within two weeks prior to the specific tournament must be approved by the BNB Board of Directors at the spring Board meeting and additional charges may apply.
- Please ensure all information is correct before submitting your registration - teams that are registered in error will be charged a 5% administration fee.
