Coaching Clinic Information

The Annual General Meeting of Basketball New Brunswick will be held on Sunday September 27^th at the Hilton Hotel (Kennebecasis Room) in Saint John, beginning at 10am.
All registered Minor Associations and registered teams are encouraged to attend.
The Annual Awards evening will be held on Saturday, September 26^th in the Prince William Room at the Hilton Saint John, beginning at 7 PM.

The 2009 BNB Service Award winners are:

Mark Bohan - Coaching Award
Byron Barton - Coaching Award
Guy McIsaac - Officials Award
Jim Watters - Executive Award
Ruth Henry-Dickinson - Special Merit Award
Steve French - Special Merit Award
George Flanagan - Volunteer of the Year Award

BNB is pleased to offer two NCCP Introduction to Competition courses coming up this fall. The Introduction to Competition course is required to coach at the BNB age-class provincial championships.

At this time, courses are set up in Saint John and Fredericton.  An additional course will be organized as well, location TBA.

Basketball New Brunswick will be holding open tryouts for the 2009-2010 Center for Performance program on Sunday September 13, 2009. The tryout is open to any player born between 1992 and 1997. Please visit the CP Atlantic web site for more details.
